These Terms of Service govern your use of MakeItVeganAI, including the public website, support workflows, Canva integration routes, and internal design operations services.

Use of the Service

MakeItVeganAI provides AI-assisted vegan recipe, app launch, ebook, creative, and marketing workflow tools. The Canva integration is intended to support design-related workflows and connect authorized Canva functionality to MakeItVeganAI creative operations.

Canva Integration

By authorizing the Canva integration, you allow MakeItVeganAI to access only the Canva permissions you approve during OAuth authorization. The integration is intended to help create, organize, or support Canva design workflows. You may disconnect the integration at any time.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for using the service lawfully, maintaining access to your own accounts, and ensuring that any content you provide or generate does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

Data and Security

We take reasonable steps to protect user and integration data. OAuth tokens and secrets are stored server-side and are not intentionally exposed in frontend code.

Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party platforms including Canva, Discord, Vercel, Hostinger, and AI service providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms.

Limitation of Liability

MakeItVeganAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
