MakeItVeganAI respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website, contact support, or use Canva integration routes connected to MakeItVegan design operations.

Information We Collect

We may collect basic contact and support information, including your name, email address, support messages, privacy requests, security reports, Canva account identifiers, OAuth connection status, design metadata, workflow logs, and authorization events. We do not intentionally collect unnecessary personal information.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the MakeItVeganAI service, connect authorized Canva accounts, support internal design workflows, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and respond to privacy, support, or security requests.

Canva Integration Data

If you authorize a Canva integration, we may store OAuth tokens and limited metadata necessary to operate the integration. Tokens are stored server-side and are not exposed in frontend code. We only request Canva permissions needed for the integration to function.

Data Retention

We retain integration and support data only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, or comply with legal obligations. If a user disconnects an integration, OAuth tokens are revoked where supported and related personal data is deleted within 30 days.

Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Secrets, OAuth credentials, and API keys are stored server-side using environment variables or secure backend configuration. We do not sell personal data.

Third-Party Services

Our service may use third-party providers including Canva, Discord, Vercel, Hostinger, and AI service providers to operate integration and creative workflow features.
